David Morton

David is a highly respected and valued member of the Technology business community. He is an entrepreneur     and sought after technical management consultant who has worked with a range of clients in a number of industry sectors. David’s corporate career spans senior IT management and CIO roles for organisations including:     NHS South of Tyne & Wear; Merck Sharp & Dohme; Gateshead College, Nexus and Granada Learning. Alongside this, David founded and built an IT Services and web-technology business called Interv8. He led its growth to 11 employees and a £1m-plus turnover before the business was sold.

David’s freelance portfolio includes interim management, advisory and mentoring roles with a diverse set of small businesses and start-ups..
David is a director at information security specialists, Evolve North, as well as being a Chartered IT Professional and BCS member.

Colin Nelson

Using the power of their workforce, 3rd parties and customers, Colin helps to put in place processes that engage large groups, tapping into their collective insight to deliver business value.  Colin’s background includes the IT industry, management consulting and             collaborative innovation.

Colin is a strategic advisor to a number or organisations on enterprise collaboration issues and challenges; client industries include Banking, Pharmaceuticals, Software, Management Consultancy and Logistics.  Colin supports organisations with consulting, training, coaching and technology advice.  His guidance includes a clear priority on ‘effective collaboration’, helping clients focus on things that will make a material difference.

Tracy Suddick

Tracy Suddick is a Business Consultant working with a range of diverse clients, from pre-starts up to established organisations within the digital media and technology/software sector, as well as companies within the creative industries, education and training. Tracy is Prince 2 qualified, with over 15 years experience in project management and business development from both the private and public sector.  Tracy has successfully delivered for clients including, Codeworks, Sunderland Software City, the Institute of Digital Innovation NorthernNet and Northern Film and Media. Tracy is passionate about her business and believes in working on meaningful projects, making a difference, adding value and developing long-term partnerships with all clients.

Tracy works  closely with all clients to help identify their needs and implement solutions that maximise return on investment, from writing and rejuvenating delivery plans to developing and winning new business.
