The IT Leadership Programme – for people who want to ‘Step Out’ into wider spheres of influence in senior IT roles. This Programme consists of five 1-day workshops where key IT leadership challenges are addressed and participants build up a toolkit of techniques that they can easily apply when working with staff, other business partners, stakeholders and suppliers. Workshops are interspersed with individual leadership coaching for participants who then engage their own team members in the learning.

Major Project Review Workshops – for IT leaders to re-assess the strengths and gaps in key projects or programmes. The 1-day workshops, for up to 12 people, are preceded by diagnostic activity to ensure maximum value from the main session. Clients are regularly amazed at how beneficial it is to spend time with colleagues reviewing what’s working and what’s not. Coherent strategies for change can then be implemented as well as finding clarity about which relationships need working on to unblock projects.

Project Planning Workshops – for those establishing a new project team to think coherently about the crucial Benefits Planning phase, paying particular attention to the people, team and communication challenges which often get lost in the heat of project start-up. We work with the project team for 24 hours to get them actively engaged in maximising team effectiveness, ensuring they have the right sponsorship in place and getting clear about Benefits Review processes needed.

IT Leadership Coaching – for individuals who want to realise their potential and who will benefit from a personally tailored programme of development where they get to work on things like: handling specific people issues and challenging behaviour in others; developing awareness of their own counter-productive behaviours and devising tactics to overcome them; learning how to constructively influence others; building the personal skills required to move into bigger and broader roles. Individual coaching is confidential between coach and coachee and is normally delivered over a minimum of 3 separate monthly coaching sessions.

Transformation Capability Research – action-based reviews of specific projects and programmes, or to assess the Transformational Capability of IT resources and know-how in the IT Organisation and wider business. We interactively way, using focus groups, interviews and social media research applications to engage a wider audience.
